Solahart Sunshine Coast and Caboolture is a family-owned provider of solar systems to the Sunshine Coast, Gympie, Kingaroy and South Burnett areas. We have provided high-quality solar systems, advice and service to our customers for over 14 years.
We are interested in attracting an experienced and energetic General Manager to join our experienced team based at Coolum, Queensland. This critical role will see the successful candidate working closely with the owner to strategically develop growth within the business and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the local business units.

How you will optimise the opportunity
In this vital position, you will be responsible for working with the owner to formulate the strategy for the business. A strong leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, you will provide leadership and guidance to the staff and work with them to maximise their opportunities to develop themselves further.
Customer focussed, your approach will reflect the desire for each client to feel as if we made the sun shine for them. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Maintain the financial position of the business, optimise revenue, and control expenses
- Guide, mentor and develop all employees, providing them with the opportunity to grow professionally within the business
- Oversee the WH&S of the organisation ensuring all legislation and regulations are adhered to
- Develop and implement strategies for continued growth

You will be driven to improve the business performance, using the substantial business experience developed in your previous roles, preferably from a sales environment. While tertiary qualifications in business will be advantageous, proven experience building and driving an organisation will be more highly regarded.
